WHEREAS, The Town of Bunker Hill In the County of Miami, Indiana has, for a period of several months given consideration to the immediate and future requirement of land use planning within the jurisdiction of the Town of Converse, Indiana and,
WHEREAS, the said Town Board has held preliminary public hearing and conferences in order to inform and aid itself in the preparation of the tentative reports, That the Town of Bunker Hill has adopted a Zoning ordinance that shall be in force until an amendment can be adopted.
WHEREAS, all of the steps prescribed by the Indiana Code IC 36-7-4-500 series and all acts amendatory thereof have been complied with given consideration to the promotion of public health, safety, morals, convenience, order of the general welfare and for the sake of efficiency and economy in the process of development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative report, along with maps, has been transmitted to the Town of Bunker Hill for the County of Miami, Indiana, for consideration in accordance with Indiana Code IC 36-7-4-508.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the Town of Bunker Hill, Indiana has given its consideration with any suggestions and make there recommendation too the Miami County Commissioner's for adoption of the Master Plan for Miami County and it's jurisdiction.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that this report has been submitted to the County Commissioner's from the Town of Bunker Hill of Miami County, Indiana for their recommendation and approval.
