ORDINANCE No. 4 , 2002
An ordinance changing a parcel of land in the Town of Bunker Hill, Miami County, Indiana from Residential 1 to Residential 3.
WHEREAS, at a properly announced public meeting, the Bunker Hill Plan Commission discussed the rezoning of a certain parcel of land , the west part of Lot # 12 in the Larimer Addition in the Town of Bunker Hill, Miami County, Indiana;
WHEREAS, Public Notice has been duly published, and a public hearing has been conducted as required by Statute concerning this zoning change;
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Town Council believe that it is in the best interest of the Town of Bunker Hill, Miami County, Indiana to make this zoning change;
Now therefore be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Bunker Hill, Miami County, Indiana, that approval has been given for a zoning reclassification from Residential 1 to Residential 3, of the parcel of land known as the west part of Lot #12 in the Larimer Addition also known as :
West Part of Lot #12 in the Larimer Addition to the Town of Bunker Hill,
Miami County, Indiana , aka 112-114-116-118 East Washington.
EXCEPTION: 70 feet off the East side of Lot #12 in the Larimer Addition
in the Town of Bunker Hill, Miami County, Indiana.
This ordinance for the zoning reclassification of the above described parcel of land is approved by the members of the Town Council of Bunker Hill, Miami County, Indiana, at a public meeting on the 19th day of November, 2002.
