RESOLUTION NO. 1, 2004
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED AUTHORIZED USES TABLES FOR BUNKER HILL, INDIANA FOR PUBLICATION AND HEARING
WHEREAS, the Bunker Hill Plan Commission proposes to adopt the attached Authorized Use Tables amending the Town of Bunker Hill Zoning Ordinance (pages 45 - 49) adopted February 20, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Indiana Law requires that all amendments be published and hearing held upon said proposal.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposed authorized Uses Amendments be published and set for hearing before this Commission 3rd day of August, 2004 at 7:00 p.m.
