RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, THE CITIZENS AND OFFICIALS OF THE TOWN OF BUNKER HILL CAN
BENEFIT FROM THE PLACEMENT OF VENDING MACHINES ON THE PREMISES; AND
WHEREAS, THE CLERK/TREASURER IS REQUIRED TO ACCOUNT FOR ALL MONIES
COMING INTO THE TOWN; AND
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLACEMENT OF CERTAIN VENDING
MACHINES BE ALLOWED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

The placing of vending machines on the premises of the Town of Bunker Hill
will be authorized only by written agreement between the vendor and the
Clerk/Treasurer or Council President and must contain in writing, the commission
rate and a clause allowing for termination of the agreement if not satisfied with
vendors performance.

Machines will be placed where they are available to the public as well as the
occupants of the building.

Maintenance, stocking and cleanup of the machines and the area around them
shall be the responsibility of the vendor.

Commissions paid to the Town of Bunker Hill shall be deposited into the town's
general fund.

The Town of Bunker Hill reserves the right to dictate the number and type of
machine that may be placed on the premises.
THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
BUNKER HILL, MIAMI COUNTY, INDIANA ON THE ______ DAY OF _____________
2004 AND IS EFFECTIVE UPON APPROVAL.
