NOTICE TO MIAMI COUNTY RECORDER AND PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given pursuant to I.C.36-7-4-205(f) that the Town of Bunker Hill Plan Commission intends to exercise territorial jurisdiction over an area of Miami County as follows:

Pursuant to law, please have the County Comprehensive Plan and Ordinance revised to reflect the decision of the Bunker Hill Plan Commission within sixty (60) days.
