WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Town of Bunker Hill, Miami County, Indiana has assumed zoning jurisdiction over an area commonly referred to as "a two mile jurisdiction" in accordance with IC 36-7-4-205(b), and
WHEREAS, said Plan Commission is aware of certain discrepancies in the zoning within that area of jurisdiction and the Growth Management Plan and Zoning Ordinances of the Town of Bunker Hill, and
WHEREAS, not wishing to create undue hardship upon the residents of the said area in the use, development or enjoyment of their property caused by a change of jurisdictions and not of their own doing, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED from this day forward, the Plan Commission of the Town of Bunker Hill shall consider all areas of conflict as properly zoned in accordance with the Growth Management Plan and Zoning Ordinances of Miami County and shall adopt said zoning as their own and direct the Plan Administrator to change all maps in their possession to reflect such changes.
